Since 1995 the Tonon Dairy has been certified for the production of mozzarella with milk from organic farming. Not a trendy choice but a natural inclination, the logical consequence of the story started with the passion of a Neapolitan dairyman and a Venetian peasant who love quality.
The certified products that are subjected to strict controls by the ICEA control body are intended for companies and consumers whose priorities are wellbeing and health, healthy and balanced diets, based on a culture of respect for nature that must be given increasing consideration and attention.
In 2018, MIA hay-milk was born, mozzarella produced with milk from cows fed exclusively on hay from organic farming. A very short supply chain, where we work closely with milk producers in the Lessinia mountains.
